Tracking Your Calendar & Schedule

Someone monitors your calendar, schedule, or booking apps to know where you'll be and when — including appointments, meetings, and social plans.

What You Might Notice

  • The other person shows up at events or appointments they shouldn't know about

They appear at places you only noted in your calendar.

  • They reference your schedule without you telling them

They mention meetings, appointments, or plans from your calendar.

  • Your calendar is shared with accounts you don't recognise

Check calendar sharing settings for unexpected connections.

What You Can Do

  • Review calendar sharing settings

In Google Calendar: Settings > each calendar > Share with specific people. Remove anyone unexpected.

  • Keep a separate private calendar

Use a different app or account for sensitive appointments — support services, legal consultations, etc.

  • Check which apps have access to your calendar

On your phone: Settings > Privacy > Calendar. Remove access for apps that don't need it.
